Breakthroughs - go get some
My review of Lisa Haneberg's "Two Weeks to a Breakthrough: How to Zoom Toward Your Goal in 14 Days or Less" is now live at Joyful Jubilant Learning. Go check it out - I looove this book!
By the way - there is a review per day over there all month long, as part of the annual "Love Affair With Books" - some great finds await you.
First: Welcome back to the good ol' U.S.A. Wow....a trip around the world. I can't even imagine that.
Second: Your review of Lisa Haneberg's "Two Weeks to a Breakthrough" was excellent! I will grab a copy of the book a.s.a.p. and turn some thoughts into actions.
Thrid: Love your blog. Thanks for the inspiration and tips and tricks.

Dwayne - thanks so much, really. A writer can ask no more than to have someone like you internalize her work and share it with others in a way that benefits them.
BTW, the requests blitz is my favorite element, too, and I still use that technique when I need to get things going full steam ahead or need to make something extraordinary happen.
Your trip sounds wonderful (other than the sick part) - draining, but wonderful. You are quite the road warrior.

Thanks for the pointer. I appreciate reviews because they help indicate which books should go on my candidates list. Good stuff!

Welcome back Dwayne! You must have an incredible amount of jet lag! The good news is that they are moving up Daylight savings time to this weekend so maybe that might help.
Thanks for the article on Lisa's book. I'll definitely have to pick up a copy. Her country-wide motorcycle tour sounds interesting. I'll have to see if I can attend her seminar when she is in San Diego.
Now... Go and get some much needed sleep!

Wayne, I've been following your blog for several years and am hugely grateful for the shortcuts you provide to discovering great books, software, life hacks, and especially for sharing your journey with GTD methodologies. Thought it might be my turn to point you to a useful site. Over the past year I've consistently downloaded and listened to podcasts by two management consultants, Mark Horstman and Michael Auzanne. Their podcasts, which are free, can be found at www.Manager-Tools.com. They cover a host of management areas, and focus on the practical rather than on theory. Give them a try - another thing to listen to while you're in the middle seat. Best wishes,
Floris

Thanks, everyone - nice to hear how things resonate sometimes! And Floris, thanks for the link - it looks like a great one to add to my list of "regulars."
And Lisa - this book is a masterpiece - thank you for it.
