Dwayne,

Are you using Outlook 2003 or 2007 with Clear Context?

Walter

Hello, Walter - I'm currently using ClearContext on Outlook 2007, but I started with it on Outlook 2003. It works great on both, but there are quite a few UI differences between 2003 & 2007 that it took me a few days to get used to. There is a "Related items" view that Clearcontext added recently that has saved me tons of time - not sure if it is only available in 2007 or if it shows up in both versions of Outlook though.

I find contexts quite helpful. It's a meaningful way of patitioning my work without resorting to arbitrary priorities. I solve the multiple context issue in one of two ways: assign multiple contexts or assign it to the anywhere context. It may be that you need to evaluate and fine tune your contexts.

Walter -

The Related items view that Dwayne refers to is called MessageContext in ClearContext v4.5. In Outlook 2007 it's integrated at the bottom of each message, task and appointment. In Outlook 2003, access this information via the MessageContext button on the toolbar. Details available here:
